Overview

This policy explains what information the Star Nsurance + Tax Coverage Audit Tool collects when you upload a policy document for a free coverage audit, how that information is used, how long it is kept, and your rights. By using the audit tool you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Uploaded documents — declarations pages, ACORD forms, or certificates of insurance you submit for analysis. These are stored in private, access-controlled storage behind short-lived signed links.
• Business & contact details — business name, your name, email, phone, and industry, which you enter to run the audit and receive your results.
• Audit results — the coverage score and findings generated from your documents.
• Bot-protection data — we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify requests are made by a person and not an automated script. See the Cloudflare Turnstile section below.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate your free Coverage Health Score and coverage-gap analysis.
• To contact you about your results and to schedule a free consultation with a licensed advisor — only if you request it.
• To improve the accuracy of our audit engine and industry benchmarks.
• We never sell your information.

Data Retention

Uploaded documents and their associated metadata are retained only as long as needed to complete your audit and are automatically deleted within 3 days of upload. Your business and contact details are kept so we can follow up about your results and any consultation you book; you may request deletion at any time.
